Requirements:

Customer service executive (Inbound / Outbound)
Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned.
Explaining the product features in detail and how to use the packages.
Understanding customer requirements and encouraging them to upgrade/renew the packages
Providing the right customer experience
To develop new business opportunities of online advertisement solutions.
Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with focus on customers and helping the same with different product features.
Services Demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control to influence the customer and close upon the negotiation

Excellent verbal communication, telephone etiquette, selling and telemarketing skills, persuasive skills, listening skills, service orientation, Integrity.
Up-selling - Upgrading existing clients to next range of products.
