- Required to call the leads received from the Digital Marketing team
- Influences customer to buy/retain product/service by following a prepared script to give product reference information & uses flair & excellent enterprise skills to convert inquiries
- Promote the advisory services and its products
- Acquire customers directly through tele-calling for advisory products
- Collate feedback from call receivers (potential customers), and maintain and update database on a daily basis.
- Conversion of 1-2 leads on a weekly basis is a pre-requisite for the first month
- Incentives based on lead conversion from the second month onwards lead conversion rate ranges from 15-20 clients on a monthly basis.
- Experience with financial products (Stocks/Mutual Funds)
- Good Communication / Telephonic conversation skills in English and Hindi
- Basic Excel proficiency
- Experience of two years in Telecalling/Telesales
