Telesales Executive

  • Required to call the leads received from the Digital Marketing team
  • Influences customer to buy/retain product/service by following a prepared script to give product reference information & uses flair & excellent enterprise skills to convert inquiries
  • Promote the advisory services and its products
  • Acquire customers directly through tele-calling for advisory products
  • Collate feedback from call receivers (potential customers), and maintain and update database on a daily basis.
  • Conversion of 1-2 leads on a weekly basis is a pre-requisite for the first month
  • Incentives based on lead conversion from the second month onwards lead conversion rate ranges from 15-20 clients on a monthly basis.

Relevant experience

  • Experience with financial products (Stocks/Mutual Funds)
  • Good Communication / Telephonic conversation skills in English and Hindi
  • Basic Excel proficiency
  • Experience of two years in Telecalling/Telesales
