Senior Talent Partner/ Recruiter

Job description:

We are looking for a Talent partner to join our recruiting team and help us grow Engineering & Product teams of our clients. As a Talent partner your responsibilities include sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various open roles. You will also be networking online and offline with potential candidates to pitch about our clients, their open positions and ensure we build great talent pool.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing potential candidates on platforms like Stack Overflow and Github and LinkedIn, Monster, Naukri and our internal database.
  • Build and maintain network of potential candidates through market research.
  • Managing a team of junior talent partners and report their performance to the CEO.
  • Work closely with our clients to understand their, line of business, open roles and their challenges to develop most effective recruiting/sourcing strategies.
  • Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met.
  • Active Follow up with candidates.
  • Co-ordinate with Marketing and Design to brainstorm and implement talent-branding initiatives across platforms like Facebook, Linkedin, and Instagram etc.
  • Must be able to understand how to recruit passive candidates at all levels
  • Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process.
  • Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives like diversity hiring.
  • Maintaining candidate trackers and weekly delivery reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience hiring for product companies or banking captive organizations.
  • 4-8 years experience in recruitment industry.
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT and Non-IT roles.
  • Strong written and communication skills.
  • Possess strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure and analyze the ROI.
  • Out of the box/Creative thinking.
  • Office automation tools (MS Office etc.) for proofreading, editing and formatting.
  • Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search).

Good to have: (Not Mandatory)

  • A degree in HR or MBA
  • Understanding of diversity hiring
  • Understanding of Social Media Marketing
