Full Stack Development at Stilt

Stilt is building an online bank for immigrants. We are working hard at making financial services simple for immigrants by building a bank that uses cross-country data and operational efficiency. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will be a part of critical decision-making process and push us further towards our goal by developing robust backend and bridging the gap between frontend and backend. You will work on design, development, test and ship products. In this role, you will collaborate with Founders, and experts in the design, compliance and legal to build mission critical features that will power Stilt.

As a Senior Engineer, you will
- Work on wide range of problems, related to systems, processes, and
technologies and own it end-to-end
- Ship features that will enhance our product that serve Stilt’s users
Collaborate with the senior management, expert in various fields and
implement business logics in software
- Develop robust and consistent codebase across the organization
- Can convert an idea to prototype by quickly fixing different technologies
together
- Would like to be part of an early startup and learn how to be part of critical
decision-making process
- Integrate third party APIs for providing payments, document signing, and
fraud detection
- Develop essential process for development, testing, and deployment

You will impact
- Stilt’s core lending platform, and improve key business metrics for the
business
- Internal tools that will be used by compliance, legal and loan operation team
for processing loan applications
- Credit modeling platform, you will work close with the data science team and
provide your technical expertise in developing a scalable system

You should have
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
- 4+ years of experience in a fast paced environment.
- Experience of various technologies, and feel proud as a generalist.
- Familiar with server hosting, and operations.
- Knowledge of python, angular js, react, java, Github, REST APIs, html, javascript, testing, aws, https, ssl
