Looking to have someone with a good knowledge about technical recruitement.
The role need is following:
1) Help finding suitable candidates for the requirement
2) Find candidates who can work on short term contract/long term contract activities .
3) Well versed with technology stacks, and the need of the same.
4) If you have built a community around developers , will be a plus.
5) Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
6) Be yourself.
This role will grow up to handle the whole recruitment activities for Starlly, also what we are building is a seperate segment that will be looking after resource augmentation related services.
