Front End Lead Developer

Overview
As a Senior Frontend Developer you will work with back-end web developers to build all client-side logic and
will also be bridging the gap between the visual elements and the server-side infrastructure, taking an active
role on both sides, and defining how the application looks and functions.
You should be able to work independently with little supervision. Have excellent organization and
problem-solving skills.
Your goal will be to develop high-quality software, stunning user experience, that is aligned with user needs and
business goals.
Responsibilities:
● Develop new user-facing features
● Build reusable code and libraries for future use
● Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
● Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
● Follow the UIX/UX best practices.
● Follow security best practices of the frontend.
● Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end services
● Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
● Develop specifications and designs for complex applications or modifying/maintaining
● complex existing applications
● Perform code analysis, requirements analysis, identification of code metrics, system risk
● analysis, and software reliability analysis
● Performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, automation
● Review and debug your code.
● Perform code review of other team members.
● Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting
Required Qualifications:
● 5+ years’ experience in React JS 3+ Years of experience as a front-end developer
● Experience Building reusable react-hooks and building and maintaining fully typed and reusable
components for our design system.
● Experience with modern state-management tools (Redux, Zustand, jotai, etc.)
● Experience with modern styling tools and techniques (Sass, headless-UI, tailwind, styled-components,
etc.).
● Extensive Experience with TypeScript.
● Knowledge of functional, OOP, SOLID design patterns.
● Understanding of how the front-end interacts with the back-end and external services
● Experience with refactoring and refactoring techniques
● Understanding of basic security concepts in web applications
● Strong ability to take ownership and handle tasks assigned to you until delivery to production
● Be a team player with strong communication skills in English
