Roles & Responsibilities :

• Looking for a technical solution architect with rich hands on experience on web application development and maintenance of e -commerce applications along with data analytics; E-Learning solutions experience to work full time
with us.

• Build a team of engineers, team leads who can design and develop highly scalable web applications

• Hands-on management & coding: Must be passionate about coding and design principles

• Initial role would be primarily of building/leading a small technical team at the same time being able to independently analyse, design build test and deliver the projects within the timelines and budget and quality as required willing to give hand holding for team in design and coding as well

• Lead strategic planning to achieve business goals by identifying and prioritizing development initiatives and setting timetables for the evaluation, development, and deployment of all web-based services

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology standards, industry trends, emerging technologies, and software development best practices by attending relevant conferences and reading widely

• The person should be capable to take the appropriate architectural decisions and execute them successfully and at same time be able to communicate/articulate them well with senior management, clients, sales and
other teams internal and external

• You have to established work procedures to analyze, design, develop, implement, maintain, re-engineer and troubleshoot Websites

• Mentoring team members, and ensuring that they are learning and growing with the company

Technical Skills Required :

• You will be responsible for developing and supporting .NET/MVC-5/C# /Angular JS projects and Microsoft Workflow to develop technical solutions of complex problems.

• Exposure to T-SQL, MS SQL, OOP Principles, JQuery, Java script, angular JS, boot strap is a plus

• Experience in application performance optimizations, database tuning & designing large & scalable system is a plus.

• In depth knowledge in one or more areas: Backend End services, API Development, Database design.

• Good understanding of data modelling/ algorithms; be comfortable working with Data Science, analytics teams.

• A good understanding of N-tier and N-layered architecture.

• Ability to work under Time Line, negotiate and reach consensus.
