Data Scientist

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Data Scientist with experience in NLP & training language models, who can either build or leverage an existing language model tailored to our domain, into Mae - our anonymous AI-driven sexual wellness platform that provides personalized solutions to users based on their age, gender, location, and needs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ability to define the KPIs of success which is both tech & business centric, for a well trained language model specific to our domain, is key
• Analyzing the requirements and user needs of Mae to determine how language models can be integrated to improve value
• Training a language model with the database which we have curated for Mae
• Designing and implementing the ML model & ML pipeline in Python is preferred
• Developing and implementing unit tests to validate the performance and accuracy of models within Mae
• Ability to build an A/B test platform is highly appreciated
• Analyzing and building a feedback loop to improve the model thereby improving customer stickiness to Mae
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to have an ML trained Mae integrate smoothly with other components and systems
• You will be the point person who can provide insights into newer methodologies of how to leverage language model in this landscape

Skills Required:

• A strong background in NLP, ML training and language models.
• Hands-on experience in building unit test based ML pipelines.
• Experience with application development and programming languages such as Python and JavaScript.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, statistics, or a related field may be required.
