Our company's founders joined as Freshers in these roles 10+ years ago and were fortunate to have been trained well and given the opportunity to grow. We are not looking to develop more people to become amazingly successful and help grow our business.
The candidates would be joining in the position of Business Development Associates and would be managing our company's small and medium accounts to start with. The candidate would be interacting with Enterprise customers to understand their upskilling needs and provide solutions for the same. The candidate would learn to develop proposals, organize scoping discussions, align the calendars, and close training for clients. They would be expected to become an expert on a full sales cycle and would be mentored by Founders of the company.
Participants are expected to have an excellent grasp of English communication, both verbal and written. Participants would be expected to be professional, punctual, and have an aggressive need to grow.
