Project Manager:

SpringRole is looking for a Project Management professional who is willing to play a crucial role in the execution and implementation of projects, team handling and product creation

We majorly use JIRA and Kanban for workflow management and consider project managers key players in delivery management.

Required:

• 3+ years of proven technology Project Management experience
• Leading complex multiple technology programs/projects utilizing Agile/SCRUM
• Experience working with architecture teams on Business Requirements Documents needed for new product development
• Experience using tools such as Jira and Kanban and communication channel Slack for team updates on daily basis.
• Using confluence to manage sprints, timelines, leaves, documentation.
• You should understand the difference between epics, story, task and be familiar with Jira ticket flows.
• Experience leading distributed teams located in multiple time-zones and in complex environments and onsite-offshore model
• Experience in budget management, analysis, measurement, and governance.
• You should be able to manage multiple projects at the same time

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, monitor, track projects using Agile development processes & techniques.
• Act as a Scrum Master for a development team and mentor and coach team members on Agile principles and methodology
• Lead, Arrange and facilitate all Agile phases including, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, Grooming, and Sprint & Release planning
• Tracking and communicating team velocity and sprint/release progress to all affected teams and management using Agile estimating techniques
• Responsible for making sure that daily task status and hours are being updated by the team on Jira to provide transparency on product and sprint backlogs
• Facilitating teams in making appropriate commitments through story selection and task definition
• Develop and maintain project plans, resource utilization schedules and budget materials for multiple simultaneous projects and operational activities
• Making sure all deliverables are ready before the sprint starts
• Creation of stories, prioritizing sprint objectives
