Node.js backend developer for a Web3 company

  • Write well-documented code and easy to understand code.
  • Design REST and WebQL APIs for back-end components and services
  • Perform multi-faceted tasks within the back-end engineering team
  • Troubleshoot, test and maintain the products and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality
  • Participate in DevOps workflows

Basic Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelors or above  in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL)
  • Strong knowledge of back-end architectures, design patterns, and tools
  • Excellent skills in back-end development using JavaScript frameworks
  • Proficiency with Node.JS and associated frameworks like NextJS and Prisma.
  • Proficiency with Typescript.
  • Proficiency with Git.
  • Detailed problem-solving approach and knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and complexity analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write detailed technical documents

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong knowledge of asynchronous programming
  • Strong experience with one or more cloud platforms, e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure, DigitalOcean
  • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines in app deployment (DevOps workflows)
