Key Job Responsibilities

• Work with clients closely on a day to day basis to understand their requirements and create a digital strategy in collaboration with the respective team members
• Serve as a single point of contact to all clients for all business communication
• Ability to work with various internal and external stakeholders to manage a project end-to-end
• Create and maintain social media calendars and posting schedule
• Responsible for sending out timely reports of campaign performance to clients and internal teams
• Work closely with design team to deliver creatives
• Ability to conduct preliminary research to understand clients’ products /services, competitive landscape, and target markets

Key Skills

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Should take ownership and work with minimal supervision
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
• Basic understanding of performance marketing
• Ability to stay calm and achieve results under high pressure and work under tight deadlines

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream
• Minimum experience of 2-4 years working with an agency.
