Who we're looking for:

• You have your technology fundamentals: Should know Android Coding guidelines and Coding Standards. Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes and Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices. Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks. Understanding of Google’s Android design principles and interface guidelines.
• You have relevant work experience: Hands-on experience in Object Oriented Programming, Database programming, Algorithms, Data Structures. Strong experience in the design and development (full Life Cycle) of mobile applications (Android). Experienced in submitting apps to the play store. Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning. Design, build, and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable Java code. Proficient in Core Java.
• You keep yourself updated in new technologies: You are curious to learn about new technologies and trends. The developer should be well versed with the latest trends in Android development. Particularly in regard to accessibility, usability, and emerging technologies, and keep team members informed as appropriate.
Additional know-how: Working knowledge of software design patterns and Agile software development. Have knowledge about the use of additional sensors, such as gyroscopes and accelerometers. Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications, RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services, continuous integration and Kotlin
