ROR Developer for Softway's Innovation & Dev Ops Team

As an RoR developer, you will be part of Softway’s Innovations & DevOps team that is currently working on an innovative Business Intelligence Tool to boost our operational efficiency. Here’s where you’ll take on continuous learning and dive into design, development and implementation of software applications and components using the latest trends of ROR technologies in the likes of Ruby 2.x, Rails 5.x and microservices architecture.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

1 year of hands-on knowledge on the below (must haves):

Creating robust web applications using technologies such as Ruby 2.x, Rails 5.x, Web Services, MySQL, jQuery, VueJs.
Relational databases(MySQL)
Building RESTful APIs and services integration
Amazon Web Services (AWS)
You have a solid know-how on:

MVC design patterns and ROR best practices
Github/Gitlab
Agile development workflow, preferably scrum
Good to have:

Experience in database modelling
Experience in JIRA
CI/CD / Docker / Kubernetes
TDD
HTML and CSS
Knowledge in AngularJs, NodeJS, SASS and Coffeescript
