 Job Summary -

 Technical competencies:

• Project requirements gathering, analysis and management.
• Creating Testing Cases & help in execution.
• Perform other tasks as determined by Managers & Team, Initiate/ Participate in Peer reviews.
• Ability to validate/ prepare estimates for work in conjunction with the Lead.
• Provide status updates to Team and client as required and data for Metrics collection.

 Project Competencies and Behavioral Competencies :

• Implementation and Usage of project related tools.
• Fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
• Effectively collaborates and communicates with the clientsand ensure client satisfaction.
• Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.

 Desired Candidate Profile-

• SoundBusiness Analytic and communication skills.
• Experience in Gathering Business Requirements, Communicating directly with end-customers, designing, preparing functional specifications & BR.
• Proficient inSDLC process, ERP, SASS domain, business practices and project documentation creation/ review.
• Good command over the Quality processes & Estimation skills.
• Experience in working onsite- offshore model projects.
