Experience - 6months to 2years
Education - Computers graduate(must) &/or Bachelor degree in business or related field of study
We need
- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook etc.
- Good hands on file management and other administrative procedures.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines.
Your job is
- Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
- Organize clients meetings and keep all members of the team up-to-date with current information and paperwork
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Ensuring project deadlines are met.
- Determining project changes and develop project strategies accordingly.
- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
- Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
- Communicate with team members to ensure optimal strategy and maximum efficiency
