About Socratease

Socratease is building better online assessments. Its LMS product makes it very easy to create online quizzes, lessons, etc. Its AutoProctor product is an automated tool that ensures students don't cheat on online tests. Socratease is backed by YCombinator and was part of the 'Winter 2021' batch.

Key responsibilities

  • Write routes that query our Postgres DB to fetch analytics
  • Write routes to perform a host of admin-related functions
  • Optimize existing routes for performance, and refactor them for readability and maintainability
  • Write unit tests and performance tests
