Societal Platform | Solution Architect

The primary role of the candidate is to work with different organizations (missions) to solve complex social problems through open, technology-enabled ecosystems. The candidate is expected to advise and guide these missions to resolve the societal challenge by adopting the Societal Platform approach (a systemic method of catalyzing ecosystems by leveraging technology to enable large-scale societal transformation).

The candidate must have:

• Worked on large engagements that involve 2 or more of the following players — Civil Society, Government, Markets
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in discovering, defining and designing solutions to complex problems
• A solid perspective of Platforms and how they can be leveraged for scale, speed and long-term sustainability
• Experience working on multiple domains
• A good understanding of modern Cloud technologies
• A balanced understanding of solution discovery and technology implementation
• Ability to estimate effort (technical and program) based on solution and program requirements
• Capability to proactively identify risks and challenges
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across various organizations
• Flexibility to travel depending on needs
