Backend Developer

We live in a world where if we want to buy something, we need to pay for it. But there are many instances where we don't have money or don't want to use it immediately to pay for something that we want. For all these instances, we are building SlicePay - that can fund these purchases and you can come back and pay over time.

Desired Skills/Experience

- We are looking for a rockstar node js developer for our tech team at SlicePay.
- Ideal Candidate needs to have at least 1.5 - 2 years of experience programming in NODE JS, Mongo DB, express.
- Strong understanding of SQL (Postgres) and No SQL(Mongo DB)
- Basic knowledge in DevOps
- Hands on with indepth technical understanding of databases, performance monitoring, cron jobs, APIs
- Good Understanding of AWS/GAE setup and maintenance
- Experience in test driven development and strong focus on automation
- Understanding of Data Analytics and monitoring systems.

Good to have

- Prior experience in load and performance bench-marking
- Knowledge in Python and data analysis
