Full Stack Developer @SKaaS

SKaaS is a skills management company with a vision of providing employability for all. We’re building a cloud-powered skills management system offering solutions for learning, assessment & recruitment.

We’re on the lookout for full stack developers with rich experience in PHP, Python or Javascript.

Job responsibilities

• Collaborate with the development team in planning, designing and building the SKaaS platform.
• Create solid code that's ready to ship.
• Build responsive and elegant web applications using best practices.
• Build reusable UI components.

Skillsets required

• Strong working knowledge in one of the following: JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as node.js, AngularJS, KnockoutJS, BackboneJS, or ReactJS; Python frameworks like Django; PHP frameworks like Laravel
• Experience working in both relational and non-relational database management systems.
• Expertise in HTML5 and CSS3 (SASS preferred).
• Working knowledge of building and consuming REST APIs.
• Ability to write modular code that can be unit tested
• Proficiency in Amazon Web Services.

Experience

We’d prefer anyone with 3 or more years of experience but if you are competent and willing to go that extra mile, then your experience is no constraint, we are willing to consider.
