Opening for a Technical Product Manager - SirionLabs - Gurgaon

Enterprise back-office is one of the last bastions of migration to cloud from on premise software. We’ll see a build out of 20-30 mega start-ups in that domain. We want to be one of them with our flagship contract management platform. Sirion’s contract management platform is helping large enterprise achieve their digital transformation objectives by enabling visibility into contracts and their supplier base.

We are seeking a Product Manager who could participate in this journey of tackling the next big problem in the Enterprise. Successful candidates would have a heady mix of entrepreneurial approach – with business knowledge of delivering cloud applications.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create prototypes on your own or in collaboration with engineering
• Build cross-functional partnership with Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Customer Success
• Distill “what” to build and “why” a customer would need it
• Define Go-to-Market strategy and execute it with the Sales and Marketing team
• Engage with development teams and architects on making smart choices. Be the champion of their effort, while challenging assumptions

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of recent SaaS Product Management experience and/or experience building cloud products
• Strong experience in product management skills, including analysing customer requirements, writing product specifications and user-experience scenarios, success metrics, and roadmap development
• Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills
• Data-driven decision making
• Demonstrate ability to challenge assumptions with data
• BA/BS in Computer Science and or equivalent
