We are a high Growth startup, looking for Executive and Operations Assistant for a high Growth startup in Bangalore. We build enterprise software that are used by Fortune 500 companies.
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
- Participate in meeting alongside the leadership team and taking notes
- Following up with auditors and accountant in Europe
- Provide administrative support
- Maintain and update client list and personnel files
- Maintain and update client schedules, timesheets, and progress reports
- Setting up interviews and followups for hiring
- Managing employee documents and agreements and contracts
- Drafting employment contracts, joining letter and release letters
- Following up with potential customers and scheduling calls with the executive team
Ensuring compliance with office policies
- Managing and co ordinating new employee onboarding for in India and Europe
- Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
- Screening phone calls and emails and forward to the appropriate person.
Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Prior administrative experience.
- Excellent computer skills, especially typing.
- Attention to detail.
- Good command and profeciency in English (spoken and written)
- Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
- Proficiency with Basic Accounting and Bookeeping
