Executive and Operation Assistant for a high Growth startup in Bangalore

We are a high Growth startup, looking for Executive and Operations Assistant for a high Growth startup in Bangalore. We build enterprise software that are used by Fortune 500 companies.

Reponsibilities

  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
  • Participate in meeting alongside the leadership team and taking notes
  • Following up with auditors and accountant in Europe
  • Provide administrative support
  • Maintain and update client list and personnel files
  • Maintain and update client schedules, timesheets, and progress reports
  • Setting up interviews and followups for hiring
  • Managing employee documents and agreements and contracts
  • Drafting employment contracts, joining letter and release letters
  • Following up with potential customers and scheduling calls with the executive team
    Ensuring compliance with office policies
  • Managing and co ordinating new employee onboarding for in India and Europe
  • Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
  • Screening phone calls and emails and forward to the appropriate person.
    Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Prior administrative experience.
  • Excellent computer skills, especially typing.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good command and profeciency in English (spoken and written)
  • Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
  • Proficiency with Basic Accounting and Bookeeping
