Community managers are on the front lines as representatives of the company in social media channels. We want to mobilise our community of developers, prospects, and beta users to become evangelists for OST and build new products based on the OpenST protocol. This will involve actively encouraging people to share their experiences of developing on our platform and how they can work together to collectively overcome some of the early challenges and complexities.

What we are looking for:

• Be a part of a global team of community managers.
• Answer the community's questions on Telegram, Reddit, Bitcoin Talk, Twitter, and other social platforms.
• Proactively post about the OST project across social media channels.
• Provide feedback loops to the product and technology teams.
• Support the team in answering e-mail support tickets.
• Help the Marketing team by providing research on the overall blockchain industry.
• We are especially looking for an individual who is flexible and willing/eager to contribute and support the team in a variety of roles in addition to community management.

What You Bring:

• You have a passion for blockchain projects and technology and are an active participant in a blockchain community.
• You are familiar with blockchain community forums.
• You have a go-getter attitude: We look for people who are ready to immerse themselves into the OST community and to help us drive the conversation.
• Fluent in English.

The ideal candidate is located in Pune, India, but we would also consider a candidate for remote work from other parts of Asia.
