Mobile Tech Lead at Simform

We are looking for tech honcho who has wide experience developing mobile/cloud app (any of mobile development SDKs ), who could lead small team of mobile developers as Tech Lead or Lead Enginner of mobile development. The candidate need to have technical knowledge of all aspect of new age mobile and cloud app solutions. Having won the hackathon on algorithmic programmic isn't required. Having understnading of concept is the key here. You will be leading team of mobile developer that consists of iOS developer, Android developer and Windows 8 developers. 

Skills required: 

• High analytical skills. Ability to map business requirement and technical requirement.  
• Understanding of programming concept for mobile and web/cloud 
• At least 1.5 years of programming experience in any of mobile platform (iOS, Android, Windows Phone). Have programming experience on multiple mobile platform is preffered but not required
• High troubleshooting skills 
• Understanding of various design patterns and development methodologies 
• Experience of working with good number of third party APIs 

Role :

• Understand first hand project requirement. Do in depth analysis. Ask questions to client or Account manager within company who is communicating with client
• Create schedule of project, define team, define specs and architecture for app  
• Assign task to developers , monitor tech aspects of their work , solve their complex development problems 
• Ocassionally code complex solutions 
• Follow standard process and make sure developer team under you follows start process
• Have fun ocassionally and make team feel better
