Experienced Full Stack Developer (C#/.Net/Sql) – Remote

We are looking for an experienced, independent full stack developer with expertise in C#.NET / SQL Server to join our team for a full-time, long-term project at 30-40 hours per week.

Sierra Interactive is a U.S.-based company that provides real estate websites and property search tools to clients across the U.S. and Canada. We have developed a custom platform to provide customer-facing real estate websites on behalf of clients, and also an admin portal which gives clients access to our custom content management system (CMS) and customer relationship management platform (CRM).

In collaboration with a product manager and senior programmers, you will work on high-level tasks related to both client website development and maintenance. We have an extensive and exciting feature roadmap in front of us, and we are looking for an experienced, professional developer to help us make it all happen.

Your responsibilities will include the addition of new features and enhancements to our custom framework, updates to client site architecture, extending functionality to our backend admin area, maintenance, and other related tasks.

Technical Specification: The administration area is implemented in .NET framework 4.7.2 / C# language with SQL Server 2019 as backend. We also work extensively with the Microsoft Azure platform, including VMs, Cloud Service, Functions, CDN, Azure-hosted SQL Server DBs, and more.

A minimum of 5 years of full-time experience working with C# .Net and SQL Server is required for this role. Experience with Azure is helpful but not required. We are using git as our version control system, and, since you would be expected to work with other developer(s) on the project, it would be good to have experience in using version-control in general and git in particular. Experience with RETS and libRETS is very helpful but not required.

You will be working as part of a team of 15+ developers with 3 supervisors, but you will work independently on this part of the project (with guidance and initial training provided as needed).

We are looking for an independent developer only, and are not interested in working with an agency. Complete fluency in written English and reliable, frequent detailed communication is a must.
