Full Stack Developer

We are looking for full stack engineers who can help us reach our mission of financially empowering the next generation. Ideally you will have some experience working as a full stack developer in a banking/payments/lending fin-tech startup with microservices architecture. Your duties will include development, writing code, and documenting functionality. You should be able to build high-quality, innovative, and fully performing software in compliance with coding standards and technical design. 

Responsibilities

• Work closely with other engineers, product managers and experienced designers with all your creativity to enhance and scale the product.
• Follow proper agile methodologies.
• Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code.
• Use the modern practices like TDD, CI/CD and automated testing to take the product to the next level.
• Be ready to learn new technologies and use them in solving upcoming challenges
• Perform peer code reviews.
• Write documentation for the product requirements with engineering perspective.

Requirements

• Substantial amount of experience in developing scalable software applications.
• Experience in working with micro services architecture.
• Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies.
• Experience in CI/CD tools.
• Ability to use TDD while developing Softwares.
• Experience in at least one of the common languages like Golang, Java, JavaScript and Python.
• Open to learn new languages and tools which we assess on a daily basis for our upcoming projects.
• Strong in at least one of the paradigms including Object Oriented Programming or Functional Programming.
