Field Executive - IoT Deployment Supervision, Customer Interaction

Sentient Sensors Private Limited is an Internet-Of-Things (IoTs) Start-up located in Bangalore and Chennai. Our team consists of motivated Individuals with a niche set of thoughts driven to impact the lives of people through IoTs.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working individual who will undertake field supervision overseeing the deployment of our products while interacting with customers and coordinating with the installation team. Good-Communication Skill is a mandatory aspect that will be looked into for this position.

The deployment process will consist:

• Understanding the product, its functionalities and its deployment criterion,
• Understanding the deployment schema along with timelines,
• On-Site Visit to check the readiness of the project for deployment,
• Coordinating with the customer and installation team,
• Overseeing and Validating the installation process,
• Interacting with the Engineering Team to debug issues on-site

Requirements

• Diploma Degree or Higher in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Science
• Practical Knowledge in Deploying Electrical Devices in Projects.
• Familiarity with Networking features on a Mobile Phone.
• Good Aptitude for Debugging.
• Good Communication Skills (Fluency in more languages is a plus)
• Proven Interpersonal Skills
• Team Oriented
• Experience in Microsoft Office Tools(or similar)
• Hands-on Reporting skills
• Willingness to travel (Mandatory)
