Then you will love working with Sensitel customers. Sensitel is looking for a recent college graduate to join as a support engineer. ( 2- 5 yrs experience). The engineer will work on cutting edge systems in AI, IoT and SaaS software  and will take ownership of customer installs and success. Get to work on existing SaaS enterprise applications in J2EE and a new platform for AI and IoT.  We use AWS, Java, JavaScript, R, Hadoop, HBase, AI and Mobile devices technologies. Help with data capture, networking, data sharing and prototyping.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage customer installs to ensure SLA uptime and customer satisfaction.
2. Update customer installs after new software releases.
3. Run Monthly meetings with Customers to bubble up issues.
4. Assist with testing of new software releases before upgrades.
5. Log and update customer issues and cases.
6. Write small pieces of code for integration etc.
7. Assist with the development of new technology solutions.
8. Respond to customer requests in a timely manner.

Skills and Experience Required:

• B S degree  with Customer support experience , preferably software systems

• Experience working with two or more from the following: technical support, web application development, Unix/Linux environments, distributed and parallel systems, developing large distributed software systems, and/or security software development.
• Working proficiency in Jira or other tools and be open to feedback.
