Job Description / Responsibility

• Lead Data Center creation/design.
• Installing and configuring all flavors of ESX and vSphere/ XEN and XEn Center/ Virtuozzo/ Oracle VM.
• Establishes and maintains user accounts, profiles, file sharing, access privileges and security.
• Performs daily server backups.
• Researches, analyses, monitors, troubleshoots and resolves server or data network problems.
• Develops, maintains and implements network support, and archiving procedures.
• Responsible for communicating with customers, peers, team and managers regarding incident and change management.
• Creates and maintains good technical documentation.
• Provides emergency on-call support on a rotating schedule.
• Setup and manage VPN connectivity with customer environment.
• Manage IT infrastructure around our global offices.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor degree in relevant discipline

Experience Requirements

• At least 5 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements 

• Age 27 to 35 year(s)
• Strong knowledge about IIS, Apache.
• Good understanding in VMware Virtualization technology like Memory ballooning, resource allocation and Snapshots.
• Trouble shooting knowledge on ESX performance and vCenter performance.
• Good working knowledge in VMware Consolidated Backup (VCB) - Enhanced DR solution / SRM / VMware Converter P2V and V2V.
• Familiar with HP/DELL/IBM hardware.
• Good knowledge on VMFS file systems & Max size of VHDD supported.
• Must have advanced understanding of datacenter infrastructure environment and components like power, cooling, rack space, telecom networking, UPS, etc.
• Knowledge of automation tools.
• The candidate must have 5+ years of experience in datacenter management and have an in-depth understanding of datacenter infrastructure. 5-7 years’ experience in management of a data center or large technology infrastructure.
• Must have vendor and budget management experience.
• Experience in managing environments that support a broad range of technologies including Windows Servers, Linux, databases, and various backup strategies.
• Experience in asset tracking software and best practices.

Salary Range

• TK. 76000-91000 INR/Month
