Organization : A start-up in HR Tech, to enable businesses through cutting-edge people solutions leveraging digitization, machine learning and analytics. The start up well funded by Angel investors and we have grown more than 3000% in the last year . We are looking for someone who can help manage and build the next level of the product. 

Commercials - Salary basis current

We expect passion for building a future-proof technology through design, coding, debugging coupled with engineering rigor and efficiency in building features of high quality, flexibility and simplicity. Experience in integrating and creating innovative solutions to complex and critical business challenges that have a significant impact across disciplines and industry segment. 

Education, Skills and Experience : 

a) Passion for software development, quality and security coupled with great problem solving skills 
b) Passionate about working in a startup, working an Agile and Lean environment 
c) Experience in systems side of software development including one or more of the following : 

- Building highly scalable infrastructure, distributed systems, networking, database engines 
- Architecting large and complex systems 
- Developing and supporting high performance, transaction processing system.
- Front end - php, backend - mysql

d) Thorough understanding of computer architecture, memory models, and algorithms design 
e) Great design skills 
f) Demonstrated ability to guide a team into the feature through multiple release cycles and influence the team beyond one's feature area and impact business positively. 
g) 2+ years of coding, designing, implementing, and launching commercial software products or web services/mobile apps, through multiple release cycles 
h) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Technology or related field. Previous experience with web services, storage, cloud computing, machine learning, analytics and system-level programming, as well as leadership skills and experience is a plus 
i) Self-motivated with the ability to accomplish tasks with minimal direction & ability to multi task and meet deadlines
