Co-founder and Tech Lead building the School of Future

At School of Future (http://schooloffuture.in/), we are empowering kids to act and become future-proof in an evolving world. We enable students to access and practice 21st century skills (developing strong entrepreneurship + sense of self) using our platform. We're looking for a tech co-founder to join our team! We're building a strong founding team for this venture and are looking for a full-stack engineer to join us and own the product with us as a founding member. We are looking for someone who thinks audaciously, has grown exponentially, is irritated by this problem, and can skill up and scale themselves to lead tech from scratch. We want to find people who are attached to the problem that we are solving and not to the solutions that we build to solve it.

Here are some hard challenges that you will work on

• Build a platform where children are easily able to access 21st century skills in an engaging, playful way (think of it as a duolingo for skills)
• Design systems that allow kids to feel a part of the community and to build a sense of self by developing a visible portfolio.
• Personalise the learning of each child based on their abilities and preferences by allowing machine to learn about their hopes, dreams, aspirations, fears, career goals, etc

Within the first 3 months of operation, we have built a prototype for the skill of emotional intelligence and are hand-crafting the product. We have been able to find 24+ students trailblazers from across Delhi using nothing other than word-of-mouth and basic Instagram advertising. We have an awesome distribution channel in place that allows us to grow exponentially. In a year, we will be working with over 30,000 students and 5,000 student trailblazers.
