As the world moves at an accelerated pace; with automation, globalisation, collaboration at work together; students are at risk of getting left behind in the traditional education system. School of Future (https://www.schooloffuture.in/) is solving this problem by enabling school students to become future-proof for an evolving world. We enable students to access and practice 21st century skills (developing strong entrepreneurship + sense of self) using their platform. Within the first 3 months of operation, we built a prototype for the skill of emotional intelligence and are hand-crafting the product after running 2 successful pilots. We have 24+ early adopters with 120 pre-orders. Our distribution channel allows them to grow exponentially. In a year, they will be working with over 30,000 students and 5,000 student trailblazers.

We are focused on solving this problem at a massive scale, every child across India and then the world. Join us and help change what and how kids learn.

Responsibilities:

• Enhance our prototype further and reiterate quickly based on feedback and data
• Build our product from 0.1 to 1 while planning for scale of 1 to 10
• Identify and troubleshoot technical problems
• Perform in the fast-paced startup environment with rapidly evolving needs and ambiguity

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience of building products as a full stack engineer familiar with agile product development
• Excited to build the product from scratch with us - if coding for hours on end is not your thing - don’t apply :)
• Crazy level of passion for this problem and drive to solve it at scale
• Executor + Willing to go the extra mile.
• Classroom experience/tutoring (preferred)
