Business Development Associate

We are working towards improving the quality of education in rural India. School Atlas is a young funded start up and an exciting place for you to be if you are willing to get your hands dirty and learn and grow. We have a unique product with a mix of technology and hands on learning for both students and teachers.

We are looking for a Business Development Associate to work on ground to, 

1. Meet, greet and generate leads of schools in rural Indian (Maharashtra to be specific)
2. Work towards creating a robust sales process to reach and convert more schools.

3. Build a database of schools for the assigned territory.

4. Take charge of cash collection

5. Work as a relationship manager post sales.

In order to apply to us you should have : 

- MBA/Graduate with 1- 3 years of direct sales/B2B Sales/Corporate Sales experience 
- Preferably worked earlier with a Startup before
- Strong presentation skills in English and local language. 

We would love to have someone on  board who has
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. 
- Resilient, good under pressure and manage the stressful environment.  

- Willingness to work in the education sector
