The ideal candidate will work with business heads and product managers at Rupeek to ship quick solutions to problems. You will be responsible to independently execute and hold a high bar beside maintaining existing codebases.

As a Full Stack you will:

• Work closely with business heads to ship prototypes as well as finished web products
• Independently contribute to high-velocity projects to create immediate business impact
• Management and execution against project plans and delivery commitments
• Assist directly and indirectly in the continual hiring

Some skills we consider critical to being a Full Stack:

• A Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience
• 2 to 4 years of Software Development experience
• Proficiency in web development and ability to get a new service/web product off the ground
• Ability to ship finished solutions with skills across frontend, backend, and DevOps
• Hacker mindset to use APIs, creativity, and libraries to solve business problems
• Willingness to solve problems in any language / tech stack
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Be self-managed with minimal documentation provided

Few Good to Haves:

• Early stage startup experience
• Personal tech projects and open source contribution
• Hackathon / Competitive coding experience
