Responsibilities

1. Design frameworks on nodejs 

2. ensure performant modules. Run load tests.

3. Run scrum calls with team and ensure high velocity of scrum outcome.

4. Do hands-on coding for developing frameworks.

5. fine-tune DB queries and functions to be performant.

Experience 8-10+ years Skills Needed

1. Experience in Designing frameworks in Server modules.  

2. Good understanding of microservices architecture.  

3. Hands-on and still enjoys coding   

4. Managed scrum teams and ensure the velocity of the team is good.  

5. Good understanding of performance design  

6. Familiar with load tests.  

7. Devops is nice to have.

8.Good knowledge on React.js and Redux.
