The Role

Our fullstack tech stack uses Typescript, Reactjs, Redis, Celery, Flask, Python, Docker, Postgres and Scikit. You will also end up touching a whole bunch of ReactJs for our internal webapps. 
We plan to build a stack that is scalable and builds on top of technologies like Kubernetes, PySpark, Luigi, AWS Lambda, Kafka, Gevent and Asyncio. We are looking for **you** 
to architect that.

We were looking for someone to join us as our Lead Engineer and join us on this incredible adventure. 
we’re looking for someone with a strong architectural and hacker background and willing to stand their ground and fight for what they believe is best - but be able to be pleasant 
while dealing with people. 
  
An engineer in this role is expected to design, build, deploy, and manage systems from scratch. You will wear multiple hats of "architect",  "tester" or "debugger" … 
everyone is expected to build systems from scratch.  This means that you will need to learn, ideate and innovate on various layers across the stack... and that comes with 
a tremendous amount of learning. 

Important: we do NOT believe in front end and back end. As an engineering organization, we build products. Which means you will build the front end, backend, DB models, QA/testing as well as run deployment. In return we will give you incredible power and freedom to innovate. To be clear, this position will result in both front-end and back-end interviews

A sense of humor is appreciated.

Do Note: There is a lot of math and information architecture involved in this role ... rather than talking about screens. We are best fit for hackers who will embrace the way information and data structures will influence the financial business as a whole ... rather than think about what should be the layout of the home page.
