1. 8+ years managing online & offline customer acquisition campaigns in a fast paced growth environment.
2. Must have a proven track record with achieving consumer growth via Content Marketing and SEO.
3. Must be well versed with SEO, industry standard tools as well having managed a strong SEO process.
4. Excellent analytical abilities to understand various business metrics, to drive marketing decisions.
5. Must be highly organized and able to prioritize and meet deadline and targets.
6. Excellent oral and written communication skills
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment
8. Experience in managing paid PPC campaigns, social media and email marketing is a plus.
9. Entrepreneurial mind set is a big plus.
10. Responsible for planning, implementing and executing online and offline customer acquisition campaigns to generate business growth.
11. Responsible for defining and implementing Content Marketing and SEO strategies to meet aggressive growth targets.
12. Identify target customer segments in the formulation of customer acquisition strategies.
13. Devise and execute growth hacking techniques, to achieve growth with a low acquisition cost.
14. Seek out new partnerships towards acquiring new consumers.
15. Manage a team of marketing professionals.
16. Manage Marketing Budget across various online and offline marketing activities
