RTP051- ServiceNow - Implementation Specialist

Demonstrable experience (2 to 5 years minimum) in the design and implementation of ServiceNow domain separation in an MSP environment and in providing documentation for the design.
Demonstrable experience configuring ServiceNow integrations with REST, SOAP or PowerShell
Demonstrable experience with system properties and use of update bundles
Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform in all modules for ITSM and ITOM (Discovery and Event Management)
Demonstrable experience with IntegrationHub and Flow Designer OR Orchestration with workflows
Design and implementation of the service portal
Creation of a service catalog with service portal and order automation
The candidate should be motivated with a proven track record in ServiceNow technologies and comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base
The candidate should be organized and analytical, adept at working in a team environment, able to implement a project schedule on time and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Understand business needs and process standardization needs, and incorporate this into the design
Customize and configure workflows and set notifications as part of custom workflows in apps
Provide expertise on all technical issues related to the development of ServiceNow
Develop technical solutions, implement them and perform component integration tests
Work with senior management and a team with a variety of subject matter expertise on the criteria and process maps required for the development of the ServiceNow environment
Intermediate understanding of ServiceNow required
Intermediate programming skills
A fundamental understanding of ITSM, ITIL and CMDB
