You will be working closely with the top leadership team and will take ownership of products/services sales/marketing of the global brand . You will be required to formulate sales/marketing strategy, build funnel, penetrate into large accounts and close deals, thereby meeting the required targets. You will meet Project Managers/Delivery Managers/Team Leads/Database Managers on customer side and penetrate into those corporate accounts

Responsibilities: 

 New business development activities through direct sales by meeting with Project Managers/Delivery Managers/Team Leaders/Database Managers

 Responsible for revenue growth and Operating margins for the Project

 Pre-sales and to conduct techno-commercial discussions with prospectsShould work closely with the top-management in key decision-areas

Supporting development and implementing sales strategy.

Own and periodically review the accounts receivable status from the new accounts as per the cash-flow plan.

Drive increase in deal signing margins through consultative selling, single source deals and a coordinated sales strategy.

Increase market share 

Drive resource forecasting for the account from both confirmed opportunities as well as the opportunities in pipeline. 

Sales process adherence: Account plan, Reviews, Estimation, opportunity update, etc.
