Full Stack PHP Web Developer - LAMP Stack

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Web Developer to take on the responsibilty to spearhead web development & e-commerce operations of our flagship B2C portal NUWOD.com and also simultaneously develop a one of its kind B2B portal for India level access. You will be expected to take end-to-end responsibility for website development, maintenance and timely upgrades. The selected candidate will work on following:

SCOPE OF WORK:

1. Translating our basic briefs into fabulous visual experiences and stories for the world to experience on our website. At the same time, your ability to provide suggestions and leverage on our ideas will be the key to your success in this job role
2. Build individual experiences for all our brands which are critical in establishing their identities. This will be accomplished by deploying multiple micro-sites through sub-domains
3. Build an optimized homepage to allow customers to shop from all brands simultaneously across all product categories
4. Highlight core product technologies in an easy to understand manner and thus enable customers to make informed purchase decisions
5. Keeping track of searches on the website and bringing relevant products to the forefront. At the same time, use this information for optimal keywords planning, analyzing and improving SEO for products on the website
6. Enhance the website by creating more pages via the blogging platform
7. Work alongside the marketing team to execute digital marketing campaigns

ABOUT YOU:

• You should be a Full Stack Developer with excellent knowledge of PHP MVC & LAMP stack framework, having a minimum of 2 years of work experience
• You should have competent working knowledge & proficiency in MySQL and excellent capabilities in HTML, CSS & Javascript
• You should be capable enough to independently build the eco-system. You will be exposed to immense opportunities and ample challenges to be solved, to groom you to be a Full-Stack Superstar
• Knowledge & skillset for mobile application development using REACT NATIVE will be an added bonus
• You should have the ability to think out of the box and suggest new ways of implementing ideas in a better manner
• Performance based incentive will be provided at the end of the year. Scope of earning upto 50%-75% of annual CTC at the end of year as added incentive
