Senior Full Stack Engineer (Generative AI)

Rapidflare is a Generative AI startup focused on creating delightful product conversations to accelerate B2B sales. Our AI-driven solutions tackle long-standing challenges in B2B sales and marketing. We power sales teams throughout the sales process with the Rapidflare copilot - an AI that is every single expert from the company rolled into one. We are post product and have strong customer traction, but in the grand scheme of things we're just getting started! Role

This is a full stack role involving the creation of user-facing products. You'll work with technologies like React, Typescript, Node, Python, SQL/NOSQL, and cloud-based platforms, integrating both Generative and traditional AI models. As a senior engineer, you'll not only shape our technical and product strategy to create strong business outcomes, but you’ll be creating the developer experience for others at Rapidflare and make it one of the best places to work for other engineers.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for certain specific (founding member) attributes. You are:

  1. Excellent technically, especially in the platforms we listed
  2. Able to balance simplicity and robustness when designing and architecting solutions, while making it easy for others to contribute.
  3. Highly self motivated and independent, capable of thriving in ambiguous environments.
  4. Great at getting stuff done quickly while still achieving good quality 
  5. Extremely strong in communications. You speak and write proactively, clearly and regularly in a way that creates trust and understanding for your work
  6. Strongly product minded. Your default priority order goes → Business + Product > Features > Technology
  7. Stunning at imagining and delivering exceptional user experiences. 
  8. A continuous learner, open to receiving and providing feedback to ensure the highest quality outcomes
  9. Able to integrate all the strengths above into meaningful work

We think you’ll need about 5-7 years of experience in the industry to be able to properly integrate all the above strengths.

Interview Process

We interview and make decisions quickly. You can expect us to complete interviews from start to finish within 7 days. We will go through the following steps:

  1. First interview with a Founder
  2. Technical interview or task (based on the role)
  3. Panel interview with remaining Founders
  4. Final team fit discussions

We ask that you interview with us only if you are ready to start within a month. We are willing to work together to find a way to accelerate your onboarding while being respectful of any notice periods at your existing workplace.

Compensation

We will pay competitively at the top end of the market for truly stunning colleagues. Our compensation package will include all standard items. The range for this role will be between 40-50 lakh INR per annum.

Location

We are currently open to remote colleagues but do expect that you will soon be able to work in a remote hybrid setting out of Bangalore.
