If you have spent somewhere between 2 - 7 years of your life praying that you should not get on-call issues during the weekend, you have your armour decorated with stickers from JSFoo, RubyConf and the likes, if you can juggle between creating the sharpest sword as a bladesmith to deploying your battalion in the frontline, knowing how to make the clouds rain, and when the rain recedes, dock the containers in the port and finally knowing the difference between 'of' & 'off' in the english language
