Job Description

We are looking for API, web framework, and service-oriented experts to build high quality web applications. As part of our small and agile team of software engineers, you will be responsible for architecting and implementing the back-end APIs for our services and working with other members on the team to create great experiences.

Job Responsibilities

1. Innovate on building highly scalable applications and responsive APIs
2. Architect and implement back-end services to support our mobile and web clients
3. Creating and implementing database schemas that represent and support business processes.
4. Maintain core service library code that powers our platform
5. Use best software development practices and processes including unit testing, code reviews, and site monitoring post deployment
6. Continue to research and evaluate new technologies that may improveperformance and elegance of our software implementation
7. Work closely with the rest of the team to bring our features into production 

Desired Skills and Experience

1. Strong hold over PHP
2. In-depth Experience of working with MYSQL/NoSQLdatabases and designing database schema
3. Familiarity working with AWS or other cloud-based environments
4. Good Knowledge of Ajax/jQuery/xml is mandatory
5. Knowledge of MVC design pattern and frameworks is must
