Job Title: ServiceNow IRM GRC Technology Specialist Location: Pune or any Protiviti Office About Protiviti: Protiviti is a global consulting firm that delivers deep expertise and objective insights to help leaders confidently face the future. Project Duration: 1 Year Responsibilities: Collect and analyze business demands on control automation, GRC technology needs, etc., translating them into features and stories, and ensure their implementation. Support the existing GRC technology program on documentation, platform regression testing, quality controls, and license reconciliation and optimization. Collaborate with the GRC Service Owner to provide training, demos, and support for onboarding on the GRC platform. Analyze first-line usage of IRM and identify opportunities for reinforcement in collaboration with the customer and stakeholder teams. Provide content and status updates to support the GRC Service Owner, who is the GRC technology Product Owner for the IRM program. Introduce and encourage automation and enhanced reporting to increase efficiency. Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the long-term GRC technology running mode and work towards its implementation. Skills: Strong knowledge of technology and financial regulatory compliance requirements. Proficient in GRC technology, primarily ServiceNow IRM (others are good to have). Skills in risk management, performance metrics and reporting, technical problem resolution, and vendor risk management. Experience in enterprise risk governance, driving best practices, and continuous improvement processes across diverse businesses. Effective engagement with external consulting skills. Proficient in vision, strategy, and roadmap design. ServiceNow development knowledge – Client scripts, UI policies, business rules, view rules, UI builder. ServiceNow IRM functional knowledge – End-to-end workflow knowledge of audit and policy compliance modules; knowledge of IRM master data and its use in workflows. ServiceNow IRM development knowledge – Expertise in IRM workspace (audit and compliance), including building dashboards, charts, new client scripts, UI policies, business rules, view rules, UI builder in the workspace. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with a range of 5-10 years.
