Full-Stack Developer (MERN 0 -2 years)

Prodroll is on a mission to simplify product management. Unlike engineering, product management is a little chaotic. Product teams from two different divisions within the same company can work in entirely different ways although their goal is same - add more value to the customer. We want to put a structure to product management so that the customers get the most value from the product and the PM/engineering teams spend time and energy on things that matter.

Position

Prodroll is looking to hire engineers who are hungry to learn new technologies and master engineering. You are expected to pickup BOTH frontend and backend skills. If you still have the energy and hunger you can pickup devops. This position is suitable for someone with a little experience in frontend/backend development who wants to grow into a full-stack developer.

Qualification

• A bachelor/master degree in computer science is a must. 
• Hands on experience with either node or react/JS is a must. 
• 0-2 years experience.

Bonus points for 

• If you are working at a startup already
• Full MERN stack expertise
• AWS/GCP

Responsibilities 

• Break down complex requirements into smaller tasks to execute
• Implement and maintain features, improve performance and quality
• Build data models for the backend
• Build meaningful APIs
• Build world class react frontend
• Work with product managers and other members of your team

Interview Format: 

• Round-1: Quick Phone Screening
• Round-2: Interview over zoom
  • Analyze a technical paper and answer 2-3 questions
  • Programming and technical round 

Place of Work

• Currently you can work from home. Once the pandemic situation gets better, you will be expected to work from Hyderabad.
