Prodokraft is excited  to offer an opportunity for an HR INTERN, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR operations and contributing to the growth and development of our organization . This internship is a valuable stepping - stone for those looking to gain practical experience in human resource management


RESPONSIBILITY
RECRUITMENT AND HIRING - Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting Job opening, screening resume, conducting initial interview and coordinating interviews with the hiring team.Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for a new hires.
HRIS MANAGEMENT - Utilizes our HR information systems (HRIS)  to maintain accurate records of employee data, update employee profile and track HR related information. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
INTERNSHIP PROGRAM MANAGEMENT - Coordinate the recruitment and onboarding process for other intern. Act as a point of contact for interns, providing support and guidance throughout their internship journey.
EMPLOYEE DOCUMENTATION - Assist in the preparation and maintenance of employee documentation,such as offer letter, employment contract and other HR -related documents.
COMPLIANCE AND POLICIES - Support in ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations related to HR matters. Assist in communicating HR policies and procedures to employees
EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT - Participating in organizing employee engagement activities, event, and initiatives to foster a positive work environment and enhance team morale.
HR REPORTING - Assist in generating HR report and analyzing HR data to support decision - making processes and identify trends

internship will be of 3 months
