Sr. Software Engineer (Backend)

Procol is a software that helps companies manage and trade agriculture commodities.

Role

We are looking for a tech all-rounder to lead the tech stack dev for the current product (which is launched, fully working and stable) as we scale and add new features. The primary focus will be backend. Preferably a woman engineer for gender diversity. The current workload is expected to be about 40-50 hrs a week, done from anywhere, at anytime.

What we are looking for:

- Strong Coding

- Good command over Data Structure, Algorithms

- The ability to produce bug-free and production grade code

- The skills that we consider: Ruby, Java, React.JS, Node.js, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, AWS

Key Deliverables:

- Develop very high sense of ownership, the zeal to build scalable applications

- Develop a deep understanding of the start-up ecosystem
