Roles And Responsibilities

  • Decision making and implementation of System design, DB design, Scalable Architecture.
  • Working with Python in the Django framework.
  • Leading the development of Restful APIs, backends, applications.
  • Making decisions on the technologies being used that support the development of web and mobile applications.
  • Being part of a highly skilled team and standing out as a mentor to your fellow members.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Should Have Direct Experience With

  • Agile/ Scrum (and Jira)
  • Git/ GitHub
  • Database systems: PostgreSQL, Redis, etc.
  • Has 2+ years of experience working with Python, Django and Web Development
  • Has experience working with Django Rest Framework or tastypie for building restful APIs.

Good To Have

  • Knowledge of DevOps
  • Knowledge of Ansible or similar tools to deploy application.

Interview Process

  • Screening Tests on HackerEarth.
  • First round: one hour FaceCode on DS/ Algo.
  • Technical assignment activity.
  • Final round: one hour technical interview based on the assignment + HR questions.
