Core Responsibility
Conceptualize, Design and Build UI / UX for Android, iOS and Web Products (Both Mobile and Desktop)
Requirements
A creative eye and passion for visual design and graphic design, typography, layout and composition, color harmony, web components, design language and style standards on fonts, colors and images
An outstanding design experience and portfolio that demonstrates your ability to design compelling, simple, beautiful, and responsive User Experiences
Knowledge of wireframe tools like Adobe XD, Axure, Fluid etc...
Demonstrated mastery of design tools (i.e. Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator etc.)
Comfortable sketching and articulating a design concept, and rigorously refining it to pixel-perfect detail
Extensive experience working hand-in-hand with front-end web developers to translate and develop designs into working interfaces
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and user-centred web design trends
Ability to prioritize work and use critical thinking skills to come up with creative solutions
Minimum 6 months of experience in UI UX Design
Passion for working in a start-up venture.
Good communication skills
