What do you need to have:

• Fantastic communication skills (verbal and writing)
• OCD for organising, planning and creating processes
• Bachelors in commerce or marketing is preferred.(BBA, BBM, BCom etc). B.E graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Good Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Interest in technology and the internet
• Strong appetite to learn on the go
• Prior internship experience in an agency is a plus
• Experience in organising college festivals or events is a plus

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assist in project requirements scoping during client meetings
• Assist in project planning
• Assist in managing and actively monitoring projects using a project management tool
• Coordinating between the development team, design team and the client team to ensure everyone is on the same page
• Documenting project details through notes, summaries, project plans and other related documents
• Tracking project progress on a daily/weekly/monthly basis with reports and alerts
• Compliance of the final delivery with project scope/requirements document
• Assisting the marketing team with research and content marketing activities
• Assisting in sales and marketing activities using the CRM and other tools
